Speaking Out

In Part 1, Speaking Out details the Free Speech Movement that erupted on the campus of UC Berkeley in 1964. Part 2 connects the FSM to the present day, living as we do in an unstable political time where censorship and hate speech cause disillusionment and cynicism, especially among the young. This 48-page hand-bound book utilizes a minimal color palette and bold typography to achieve a high-contrast, clean look.
